SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We strive to ship all orders out same-business-day if ordered prior to 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time, or the next business day if ordered thereafter.

  2. For all orders over $45, We offer free delivery via UPS. UPS shipping days are Mon-Fri. Transit times exclude weekends and federal holidays. All Orders Below $45 are calculated on shipping at checkout.

  3. All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order confirmation email.

  4. For all orders over $1,000 “signature on delivery” is required, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. This policy helps to protect your purchase, while minimizing the risk of fraud.

  5. If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.

  6. During the busy holiday season and other high-times, non-expedited orders may take one business day for processing instead of processing and shipping out on the same day received. We still intend to have your shipment delivered within the specified timeframe listed.
